We were able to provide Riverbound Custom Storage with planning, design, engineering, construction, and real estate services without the need to leave our company. Riverbound is located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone, per the Arizona Commerce Authority. This has not only brought tremendous value to the project, but has also facilitated construction progress while creating a very attractive opportunity for investors that are working with realized capital gains.
